Starting Monday November 11, The 21- Day Meditation Challenge (As if Nanowrimo is not enough), is 21 days of mindfulness and inspiration. Its free to register and sign up, the theme for this challenge is “Desire and Destiny is a 3-week meditation journey toward living with passion and abundance! Uncover your creative brilliance, connect with your deepest desires, and tap into your pure potential.” Anyone can participate, even if you have been meditating for a while or you have always wanted to meditate this is a great opportunity to develop a regular meditation practice.
